Why It Matters

Match the material to the service.

Material selection drives service life more than any other decision. Specified wrong, you are refurbishing in five years. Specified right, the tank outlives the facility — which is exactly where our forensic background earns its keep.

  • Forensic Spec Review
Every configuration is validated against your actual process chemistry, pH, and temperature — not just a datasheet checkbox.
  • PE-Stamped Submittals
Foundation, shell, anchor, and accessory drawings stamped by the licensed engineer for your project's jurisdiction.
  • Domestic Stocked Steel
Carbon-steel inventory held in the U.S. keeps schedule risk lower than offshore-sourced competitors.

Frequently Asked

Answers before you submit.

Match the material to the service. Fusion-bonded epoxy is the workhorse for water, raw water, and moderate process duty where a 20–30 year life is acceptable and first cost matters. Stainless is for chloride-bearing, food-grade, or biopharma chemistry, or any time a 50+ year horizon with no coating at all justifies the premium. Tell us the service chemistry, pH, and temperature and we will spec the right one.
304 is the default for food, dairy, pharma, and clean industrial service. 316 adds molybdenum for meaningfully better chloride-pitting resistance. The upgrade pays anywhere chlorides are present — brackish water, brine, deicing-salt exposure, or certain pharmaceutical processes. Unsure? Share the service chemistry and we will spec it.
Instant pricing is order-of-magnitude — typically within ±15% of refined pricing for standard configurations on accessible sites. Freight zone, foundation soil, prevailing wage, code complexity, and steel-market timing drive the variance. Submission triggers a 24-hour engineering refinement to a hard number.
Yes. Every tank ships with PE-stamped foundation, shell, anchor, and accessory drawings, routed through the licensed engineer for your state. Full submittal package typically runs two to three weeks after PO.
Both. We supply tank-only when you have an erector under contract, and supply-and-erect when you want single-point accountability. Coatings, foundations, dome covers, and accessories all bundle into one scope.
